Day 10- Weigh In/ What I Ate

Still can't tell a weight loss or no. Maybe 1/2 pound. I'll go on an apple day if I don't change my tomorrow. Thats what you do when you hit a plateau. 6 apples in one day with water.

What i ate today:
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Melba Toast & 6 Shrimp "stir fried" in lemon, garlic, and a bit of water. Apple
3:00- Whole Tomato with salt and pepper
6:00 Dinner- Can of tuna fish (plain) and 1 melba toast
7:00 apple

This is less than 500 calories because tuna and shrimp are so low calorie but for some reason this diet wants you to eat the same in weight. Hmmm.

Absolutely having cravings today. The kids had tater tots and yes I almost ate one. I literally put it in my mouth and then spit it into the garbage. :) Needless to say I read a book in bed after setting the kids up on computer games on their seperate computers and went to bed at 9 to prevent my further demise.

On a good note- I am wearing a dress tomorrow that I wore when I was about 20 pounds lighter so the fat is coming off in the good places (tummy is the most noticeable- waist is much much tinier but of course this makes my hips look bigger, my chest is definitely smaller- love that for fitting into clothes, my face is fine, and a small bit has gone from my bootie.)

Very hard day! I can do this damn it! 20 more days!
