I am determined to eat meals today rather than getting all of the meal parts down at some point during the day. I woke up early so I could really start when normal people have breakfast and not at 10 or 11 like me normally.
Weighed in this morning and was very happy that I am finally in the 140's. Inching closer- 23 pounds to my goal but only 20 days left on this diet so if a pound a day is true I'll be really close. I've heard a bit comes off in the weeks immediately after the diet. You can't have carbs for 3 more weeks after so your new weight becomes your new set weight.
Breakfast: Coffee then maybe all of the easter egg hunts will burn some. I'll walk everywhere around town today if the clouds will let me.
Lunch Goal Time: 12:30: 4oz Filet/ Tomato with lemon and salt & pepper/1 melba toast/ apple
Dinner Goal Time: 5:30 Baked Apple with Cinnamon, 4oz Baked Chicken with Tomato/ 1 Melba

I may have to go to bed at 7 tonight not to have night cravings. :)
