Day 2 Breakfast- New Diet

Weight Gain 1 pound. (not surprised after yesterday pig out)

Breakfast Today: Chewy Granola Bar, 1 Cherry Poptart, 3 peanut M&M's and 1 glass milk
Blech! Its so funny how full I feel just after the granola bar. I read that not eating tons these first 3 days can set you back on weight loss- what? So I am literally forcing down the poptart. M&M's weren't that hard. :)
