Day 7 Meals

I am finally 2 pounds under where I was when I began this diet and 7 lbs since starting this blog.
Its starting to come off more rapidly. yea!

Todays Meals-
Breakfast- Coffee
Lunch- Apple, 1 melba toast
Dinner- 1 cucuber diced with juice from 1 lemon and chopped parsley; 200g thin strips of filet steak- all fat cut off. Steak was stir "fried" with 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp minced garlic. Once it was in the pan, I sprinkled it with white pepper and red pepper. Stirred it for about 4 minutes.
You put it on top of the cucumber mix and serve while hot. Very spicy and yummy! For those of you who can mix veggies- red bell pepper diced instead of red pepper.

Went to the movies and had another melba toast. I could have eaten one more apple but forgot about it.
