Today is a fun cooking day - I am liking the recipes given to me for this diet. I added rice and peas for the family- they are having lemon chicken and baked apples too.
Lunch was Lemon Spice on 4oz chicken breast. Handful of cucumbers. 1 melba toast. Hot Tea- unsweet with 1 tsp fat free milk.
Dinner is Lemon Spice Chicken over lettuce. 1 melba toast. 1 baked apple with cinnamon.
Saving my lunch apple for right before bed. Just in case.
