Day 8 Meals

Breakfast- Coffee

Lunch- Apple & 1 melba toast

Dinner- 1 whole tomato sliced with salt and pepper
200g (8oz) grilled chicken
Baked Green Apple with Cinnamon

late Night 8:00: Coffee & 1 melba toast

Swam a little in the pool this afternoon and ran all over town picking up furniture today- hope that burned some more fat. :)

Mary Ashton made brownies (No Pudge brand from Piggly Wiggly- sugar cane instead of white sugar and vanilla yogurt instead of eggs, etc) - the whole house smelled divine which is making me a bit cranky. :) I'm hanging in there but dying for a bit of chocolate.
