Day 15- Dr Appt

Ok- definitely still stuck at this weight. Dr said to add 15 minutes of light cardio every other day to get my metabolism fast. Also- turns out albacor tuna is not a white fish. Gasp. **** So that may be why I am staying at this weight too.
Today-
Coffee for Breakfast
1 melba toast for lunch
1 apple at 2
5:30- 6 oz grilled chicken, 1 melba toast
With Dinner- a little bit more chicken , tomato
After Dinner- Apple
Jogging Tonight

Aaarrrgghhhh. Here's hoping!! 15 more days so I want at least 15 more pounds gone. That will put me at 134 which is not my goal but maybe the no carb bit afterwards will get me closer to 120's by summer.

  1. I have had the same problem. But I swear I chaeated a little bit on Monday not bad though, I had an oatmeal raisin gronola bar and the next day I went down a pound. Maybe your diet just needs somesort of jolt...although cheating on your diet is a scary matter! LOL Anyhow, I have lost 11 pounds total and gone down 1 size in 3 weeks, and I'll take it!

  2. We're exactly the same except you're getting to eat more than me and much better food. I would love just plain oatmeal. :) I complained to my doctor that I lose weight faster than Atkins and he assured me my 11 pounds lost was pure fat. hmmm. I may strangle him when this is over.
